# Gentler Streak Reviewed A fitness tracker that adjusts goals to how your body feels - iOS - Apple Watch - Free plan with paid upgrades · $39.99/year [Visit website ]()[View on the App Store]() ## What Gentler Streak does Gentler Streak is a fitness and health tracker for iPhone and Apple Watch that adapts daily activity goals to your readiness. It suggests workouts and rest days, tracks sleep and vitals, and keeps data on your device. Gentler Streak is a workout and health tracker for iPhone and Apple Watch built around consistency rather than daily maximum effort. Instead of fixed goals, it adapts your activity targets to how your body is doing each day, and it counts rest as part of a healthy routine. A streak does not reset when you take a break. The core of the app is the Activity Path, which shows where you are compared with your usual activity level. You can view your Daily Readiness, a 10-day plan, or a 30-day overview. When you are ill, injured, or on vacation, you set a status so the app stops expecting activity. Go Gentler suggests a workout for the day, from rest to high intensity, based on your current state. On Apple Watch, Gentler Streak tracks more than 140 activities with live heart rate zones, elevation, and a countdown that tells you when you are close to overreaching. The app also summarizes sleep stages, daily steps, heart rate, blood oxygen, VO2 max trends, and menstrual cycle phases, and it adjusts guidance to each cycle phase. Workout summaries can include notes, photos, and effort ratings, and weekly, monthly, and yearly recaps show progress. Gentler Streak connects to Apple Health in both directions. All analysis happens on the iPhone, with no user accounts and no servers. It is made by Gentler Stories, a small independent team. The app was Apple Watch App of the Year in 2022 and won a 2024 Apple Design Award for Social Impact. The app is free to download. Gentler Streak Premium unlocks advanced features and is offered as monthly, yearly, or lifetime plans, with family sharing options. The yearly plan is listed at $39.99 in the US App Store. ### Best for Apple Watch owners who want to stay active over the long term without overtraining, including people managing chronic conditions or returning to exercise. ### Not for Android and Wear OS users, and athletes who want structured training plans and strict performance targets. ## Questions and answers How is Gentler Streak different from other fitness trackers?
