What belongs here

Working projects with accurate descriptions and a public website. These rules apply to the listing, its website, and the product uses that it promotes. We can reject or remove listings that break these rules.

Content we do not allow

• Adult sexual content: pornography, explicit sexual services, and products made to create, sell, or promote sexual content for arousal. This includes generated sexual content.
• Gambling: real-money betting, casinos, lotteries, and products that promote or enable wagering for money or valuable prizes.
• Illegal goods or services: illegal trade, stolen goods, unlawful drug sales, and products made to help people commit crimes.
• Malware, phishing, or fraud: malicious software, credential theft, scams, financial deception, and products promoted for unauthorized access or attacks.
• Exploitation: child sexual abuse, sexual content involving minors, trafficking, coercion, and non-consensual intimate content. This includes generated images and tools promoted for these uses.
• Hate or violence: threats, targeted harassment, encouragement of violence, violent extremist recruitment, and attacks on people because of identity or protected traits.
• Privacy abuse: doxxing, stalking, hidden surveillance, stolen personal data, and products promoted for collecting or sharing private information without permission or a lawful basis.
• Deception, spam, or misuse of others' work: impersonation, false claims, fake reviews, repeated duplicate listings, unwanted mass messaging, and products promoted for copyright or trademark infringement. Use names, images, and content only with the required rights.

Context matters

Health education, abuse prevention, news reporting, research, and authorized security testing can discuss these topics. A topic or keyword alone does not make a project prohibited. We review the purpose, features, and promoted uses. An educational label does not excuse a product that enables abuse. Ordinary games without wagers or valuable prizes are not gambling under this policy.

Review, reports, and appeals

Automated checks can flag a submission for human review. We may ask for changes, refuse publication, or suspend an existing listing. Website control, a badge, or payment does not override the content policy.

To report a listing or appeal a decision, email support@submitby.ai. Include the project URL or submission ID, the relevant rule, and a short explanation. You can explain an error, give context, or describe changes to the project. Do not send control tokens, passwords, payment details, or copies of abusive material. A human reviewer will consider the appeal.

Verification

Anyone can submit a project. Publication requires website control, content checks, and either a verified badge or a valid paid waiver. Payment does not buy approval or a higher rank.

Badges and payments

Free listings require a visible badge on the project website. Temporary network failures do not remove listings. If the page HTML changes or the badge disappears, we can pause free publication until a reviewer checks the badge again.

A one-time USD 4.99 payment waives the badge requirement for one listing. Anyone can pay for an eligible submission without its control token. Paying does not grant editing access or replace website verification. See the service terms and refund policy for availability, taxes, duration, and refunds.

Data

Our privacy notice explains the information we use, our service providers, retention, and your rights.

We store project details, verification records, and payment references. Control tokens remain private. We use public website text for classification through Jev on Cloudflare. We do not send control tokens or payment credentials to the model.

API drafts remain private. Submissions created through our ChatGPT app have public project details and progress visible to anyone with their submission ID. Submit only public information. Badge code is public for all submissions. We never publish editing tokens or private review notes through the ChatGPT app.

We delete unverified drafts after 30 days without changes once their verification code expires. Active checks, recovery requests, listing claims, and payment records prevent automatic deletion. We continue content checks for paid listings; their badge waiver remains separate.

Listing changes

Your agent can update a listing with its control token. If you lose the token, prove website control again to recover access.
