Service terms & refunds

The directory
Petr Peller operates submitby.ai. Our address and contact details are on the Legal page. These terms describe the directory service and badge waiver. Our content policies and privacy notice also apply.
Provide accurate information and submit only content you have the right to share. You keep your rights to that content and permit us to store, review, format, and display it to operate the directory. You must prove website control before publication or editing. Keep your editing token private. You can request listing removal or recover control through support.
Free listings and the paid badge waiver
A free listing requires a visible, working submitby.ai badge on the verified website. The optional badge waiver removes that requirement for one listing at its verified URL. It is an automatic service feature, not a purchase of review, advertising, ranking, or editing rights. Website and content approval must finish before payment can start.
The price is one payment of USD 4.99, including applicable tax. There is no subscription or recurring charge. Checkout shows the final amount and currency before payment. Stripe can offer local currency conversion. Your payment provider may apply its own conversion or bank fees.
The waiver starts after Stripe confirms payment. It continues while the listing and directory operate. It does not promise permanent operation or continued publication after a policy breach. A current browser with internet access is needed for Checkout. The listing website must remain publicly reachable over HTTPS and continue to meet our verification rules.
Payments through Link
Paid waivers are sold through Link using Stripe Managed Payments. Checkout and your receipt or invoice identify the seller for the transaction. The Sold through Link terms govern that payment. Stripe handles applicable transaction taxes under that arrangement. We provide the directory feature and product support. Link provides payment and order support. Anyone can pay for an eligible listing; payment never transfers website control.
Refunds and cancellation
You can request a full refund without giving a reason within 14 days after payment or activation of the waiver, whichever is later. This applies even if you have used the waiver. We also offer a full refund for duplicate payments or a waiver that we fail to provide. These promises do not reduce your statutory rights or rights under Link's terms.
To cancel or request a refund, use Link order support or email support@submitby.ai. Include your receipt or payment reference, project URL, payment date, and the email address used at Checkout. No special form is required. For an EU or UK cooling-off request through Link, identify it as a cooling-off request. We will acknowledge requests sent to us and arrange eligible refunds through Stripe without undue delay, normally within 14 days. The refund returns to the original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to show it.
Optional cancellation wording: “I cancel my submitby.ai badge-waiver purchase for [project URL], paid on [date], reference [receipt or payment reference]. My name and purchase email are [details].” Send it to the support address above. Do not send card numbers or editing tokens.
A refund or payment dispute removes the paid waiver. Publication may pause until the listing meets the free badge rules and all other checks. Link may issue refunds under its own terms. Contact us if you believe a payment or removal was incorrect.
Service changes and complaints
We may update features and rules to keep the directory safe and useful. We can suspend listings that fail verification or breach the content policy. We do not sell a guarantee of traffic, search ranking, or sales. Contact support about failures, billing errors, or a listing decision. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Czech law applies to the directory service, without removing mandatory consumer protections in your country. Consumers can seek out-of-court resolution of a dispute with the directory operator through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority. Payment disputes with the seller identified by Link follow its terms. Changes to these terms will not remove rights attached to an earlier purchase.
